WHIRLWIND OF EMOTIONS!!

Like Air surrounds us all day long giving us life , Emotions and feelings linger around us as if giving soul to our life!!!





We all feel the presence of air around us but we all understand the presence of feelings around us ...

Our heart , mind , soul and  body revolves around the whirlpool of emotions we have... some call emotions as the gift of expression and some call it as a burden or baggage that they carry... 

The group of emotions that build our character are decided on the basis of our experiences ...

Everybody has a unique power  of feeling emotions but understanding them is an art only a few possess .. and they are termed as psychologists .....but the fact that has been visibly invisible to us is that... 
In real life we all are psychologists for others as well as for oneself ... 

SHOCKED RIGHT??

Well, there is nothing to be surprised about... we all know about self healing books .. we are quite aware of our emotions and  and we know the way to control them.
Its just that not everything in life is simple......things come with a TWIST .... The twist ,that I am referring to here is that - when the other  person is in an unfortunate situation we become real good advisers, but ,when the same thing dawns upon us we lose the ability to handle it efficiently... that happens because the emotions we posses overpower us ....




YES ! HOW SO EVER STRONG A HUMAN IS ...DEEP INSIDE THEM LIES SOME OR THE OTHER WEAK POINT THAT GOES AND HITS DIRECTLY ON THE TARGET : THAT IS THE HEART , THE EPICENTER OF OUR EMOTIONS .

Emotions of my choice , my favorite? ... The one I would like to spend my life with ?... the one I would like to experience all day long?....
Someday I would like to sit with them and ask them ... Hey emotions what is this game that you have mastered ?
It ain't really acceptable ...why so ???(if the emotions Ask) 
I would have only on thing to  say ... 
"YOU MY DEAR EMOTION,  YOU BEFRIEND MY FEELINGS , TAKE FULL CONTROL OF THEM ,EVENTUALLY MAKING IT MY ENEMY... WHY SO ?.. WHY DO U DO SO??"

A fleet of emotions run around me ....every sight, every corner ....wish I could talk to them and understand why do they make us feel the way they do!
 so i decided to visit them individually!! 

Hey happiness ... why did u like us so much when we were young ...were we innocent or cute? ... If not so then why did u slowly decrease your presence when we grew?

Recalling my childhood ... we never had a reason to invite you in our lives... you never used to be so busy ....nowadays we need reasons to invite you...spreading happiness is now a trend back then it was an individual treat .. nowadays I think about happiness, but earlier I used to feel it... you were like a constant in my life which faded away slowly and now show up only on certain occasions ... nonetheless .. you are still my favorite !

Hey sadness ... 


Don't be so sad ... You are not really hated by everyone... off course not everybody yearns to have you in their life but ... you are the best teacher !
You teach the lazy to earn their breads ... you teach the mischievous to be innocent, the insane to be sane , the lonely to be friendly ....we might not understand or appreciate your presence in our life while you are there with us ... but we definitely understand you when you leave us teaching us the valuable lessons of life.

Hey fear...

You visit such places where the vulnerable stay...you enter their places and fill them with guilt, resentment, tears... sometimes you are kind enough to give them a second chance but not all times are people excused... Why do u think phobias are so popular.. you can develop fear of everything...
but hey dear.. don't fear! 
BECAUSE 
when you have confidence in you and people around you, fear cannot harm you unless you let your guards down...!

Hey anger...


You prove fatal to some and good to others sometimes..well congratulations for being one of the most discussed topic among humans ... especially in this era.. People talk about the art of taming you and have become famous authors and saints by writing books on you and by meditating for long ours respectively...you make us lose the clarity of vision and hypnotize us...
Nonetheless, we are not all that happy to have you in  our life but trust me we would like to thank you because you help us venting our stuff out...


Hey surprise ....


We all love and hate you at the same time ... sometimes you come in our life as a shock and sometimes as a surprise indeed.. some you leave mesmerized others flabbergasted! 
You are the core aspect of  our life as you are considered as the highest form of expression....





We all are well aware of all these emotions and have felt it at some point of time ... some might feel the need to express it , others are just fine not expressing it .....
But one thing we all have got to remember is that .. however heavy these emotions are on us .. we got it all covered ...but the best part of feelings are they are not constant ...we feel a tide of emotions inside us ...  when every night they come to the surface and all about to fall outside ... 
We know this ain't the right time for the emotions to be poured out so we combine our day of anguish with self disgust and once again wear a pretty smile to cover those beautiful emotions inside us .. Because we know that the world around us is not yet ready to handle them... 

HEY THERE LIFE IS NOT ALL ABOUT EMOTIONS BUT LIFE IS FULL OF EMOTIONS... 

FROM HERE ON LET US BE CLEAR WITH OURSELVES AND THE EMOTIONS INSIDE US.. 

LET US MAKE OURSELVES LIGHTER DAY BY DAY..
POURING THEM OUT AND SETTING THEM FREE...

FOR THOSE WHO CANT ... ALL I HAVE GOT TO SAY IS SUPPRESSING THOSE WONT DO ANY GOOD TO YOU... 

EMOTION ARE NOT TO BE BONDED IN THE CAGES OF OUR HEART BUT THEY HAVE TO BE SET OUT FREE !
